Based on the fact that you get to keep 100% of your money, that merits AWESOME! Not-a-Fee is the place to sell your domains without being robbed by costly commissions or expensive listing fees. The majority of auction sites like SEDO, GoDaddy and Flippa, charge 10% to 25% commission fees. Not-a-Fee charges ZERO fees. To add more merit to Not-a-Fee, companies like Flippa charges $59.00 per listing, whereas Not-a-Fee charges only $2.99 per listing.
Not-a-Fee offers you 3 different types of Domain Listings which you can select during “Domaind Domain”. It is not possible to switch between different listing types while it is live. We recommend creating a second post if you want both “Listing” and “Auction”.
- Sell
- Auction
- Rent/Lease
To participate in any auction, first you need to create a free account. Once you have an account visit any auction and, on the right sidebar, you will notice the blue box PLACE BID.
Type your offer amount and click PLACE BID. If someone enters a bid after you, you will receive an email that your bid has been out bid. Once the auction is finished and if you’ve won, you and the domain owner will receive a “SOLD/WON” email confirmation.
NotaFee will send you an email notification anytime your (highest) current bid was beat or out-bid. Anytime that you are the highest bidder and someone out bids you, NotaFee will notify you. We recommend watching the Auction online, especially the last 2 to 5 minutes of the auction if you are seriously wanting the domain name.
If you bid on any LIVE auctions, it can be seen on your dashboard under Auctions. To create your own auction, on the top right, there is a big red icon ‘Submit Domain”. Note that there is a drop down which you can chose between Sell, Auction or Rent.
.
To promote your Domain Listing, navigate to your Dashboard. Click the big red icon ‘Submit Domain” on the top right to access the dashboard.
List of available promotions are:
- Bump Up Listing (this will move your listing to the top. However it will not extend your expiration date. This can be used only once per listing).
- Highlight Listing (this will add color to your listing so it stands out compared to other listings).
- Urgent Domain (displays a special ribbon that says URGENT, which states that the listing needs to sell right away).
Once you have selected the type of promotion, you can proceed to the payment screen.
In order to retrieve the seller’s phone number or to email the seller, you must first log in.
Not-a-Fee has a powerful email messaging system where you will be able to communicate with sellers and buyers with ease while keeping records.
If you have found some Domains which you want to visit later on, you can mark them as Favorite, and it will be saved to the list of your Favorite Domains which you can access from your profile dashboard.
If you feel that the listing is breaking some rules, you can report it by clicking on the Report icon and typing the reason for your report. The domain will remain active until the administrator checks it. Thank you for helping us moderate.
1. Domainult Domains Restrictions.
We will permanently ban any users with porn images or domain names with explicit sexual words. Kindly sell your porn names somewhere else. Do not post .xxx TLD’s.
2. One Domain Name Per Listing.
Do not list more than one domain name per listing. You are allowed to list only one (1) domain name per listing. If you have plural (s) domains that match like domain.com and domains.com you can mention it in your description.
3. Do Not Bid On Your Own Auctions.
Bidding on your own domains flags our system through an IP tracker.
4. Don’t List Expired Names.
We understand that domain registrars have a grace period so that you can recover your domain for a horrible fee. You can only list your domain if the domain is not expired. If the domain name expires after you just listed it, that is acceptable but post this information in the domain description. It will help you sell it as the buyer will see your urgency. Also we have a cool feature called “Urgent ” on the dashboard under Your Domains. click the RED icon Promote. Then choose Urgent
5. Do Not List Domain Names Unless You Own Them.
After you make the listing, we recommend forwarding the domain name to your Not-a-Fee listing to prove your ownership to build buyer confidence. We are adding a text record feature soon!
